Staged by the BAM Academic Affairs of Conference and Capacity Building (AAC&CB) Sub Committee

Session theme: How to Manage Writer’s Stress and Anxiety as Doctoral Students

Managing stress and worry while writing a PhD paper can be a difficult but manageable task. Earning a PhD may be a demanding and exhausting process, with many students feeling overwhelmed by their program's requirements and the pressure they face. The purpose of this presentation is to give you hope and encouragement that it is possible to get through the PhD journey with peace and harmony by employing a few easy stress-management practices.

Stress and anxiety is described as a condition that includes emotional fatigue and low personal goal attainment.

The Resilience Model proposes that developing resilience can improve stress and anxiety management.
