Emma Parry is Professor of Human Resource Management and Head of the Changing World of Work Group at Cranfield University. Her research focuses on the impact of the changing external context on managing people, particularly in relation to technological advancement, national context and workforce attitudes. She has published several books and numerous papers in these areas.
Emma has also worked with organisations across the public, private and not-for-profit sector and is a regular speaker and commentator on HRM practice. She was named in the top 5 Most Influential HR Thinkers by HR Magazine in 2022.
Emma is Fellow of the Academy of Social Sciences (AcSS) and British Academy of Management (BAM), Academic Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel & Development (CIPD) and Honorary Fellow of the Institute for Employment Studies (IES).
She is Co-Editor in Chief of the International Journal of Human Resource Management and currently serves as Chair of BAM.

Cancellations
Cancellations received within 14 days of booking your place on the event will receive a full refund.
Cancellations received after the 14-day cancellation period and later than 14 days before the start date of the event will not be eligible for a refund.
Although we endeavour to run all events as advertised, BAM reserves the right to cancel any event if, for example, there are not enough people to justify running the event or if other significant unforeseen circumstances arise.
