The British Academy of Management - Entrepreneurship Special Interest Group Research Conference 2024, hosted in-person by the University of Leicester School of Business, University of Leicester, serves as a premier gathering for scholars, practitioners, and doctoral students to discuss contemporary entrepreneurship practices, theories, challenges, disseminate research findings and explore synergies within the field of entrepreneurship.

Ana Cristina Costa is Professor of Organisational Behaviour. Before joining the University of Leicester, she held various academic posts both in the UK and the Netherlands, including at Brunel University London, Delft University of Technology, and Tilburg University where she obtained her PhD. Ana is currently a Visiting Professor at University of Valencia in Spain.
Ana's research is centred on three interrelated topic areas: trust in organisations, innovation and well-being at work, and applicant perspectives to digital HRM practices. Her work is mostly quantitative and often uses longitudinal or lagged designs with data being collected in real life settings in organisations. Currently she is co-investigator in a BA/Leverhulme Trust project studying applicant perspectives to digital technologies in selection and promotion procedures and their impact on employee attitudes and behaviours. Ana is member of several editorial boards and currently serve as Associate Editor of the British Journal of Management (ABS-4*). Previously she served as Associate Editor of the European Journal of Work and Organizational Psychology (ABS-3*) for an extended appointment period of 7 years.

Cancellations received after the 14-day cancellation period and later than 14 days before the start date of the event will not be eligible for a refund.
Although we endeavour to run all events as advertised, BAM reserves the right to cancel any event if, for example, there are not enough people to justify running the event or if other significant unforeseen circumstances arise. Please be aware that delegates are always responsible for ensuring their own travel and accommodation against cancellation, and the British Academy of Management is not able to reimburse anyone for these under any circumstances.
