This is part of a series of sessions which will provide an informal space to discuss our experiences of being ECA’s and the successes and challenges that may come with that.

- A midcareer academic from DMU has been invited to share her experiences on her development as an ECA to Midcareer by doing certain activities and being strategic with ther career
