Dr. Abhishek Behl is an Associate Professor in the area of information systems and management at Keele Business School, Keele University, UK with over 10 years of experience.
He has earned his second Ph.D. from Indian Institute of Technology, Bombay where his research is in the area of crowdfunding and gamification. He has taught subjects like Business Analytics; Marketing Analytics; Gamification; Marketing Research and Qualitative Data Analytics.

Dr Dinara Davlembayeva is a Lecturer in Digital Business at Newcastle University Business School and an Associate Editor at the International Journal of Business Systems & Applied Management. She holds a Ph.D. in Management from Newcastle University Business School and an MSc in Marketing and Strategy from Warwick Business School.
Dinara's research focuses on the use of digital technology within organisations for developing and managing stakeholder relationships. In particular, she adopts a multi-stakeholder perspective to understand how organisations can implement digital technology in business management and marketing, social organisation within digitally-mediated environments, and the implications of digital technology for stakeholder sustainability. Her research explores consumers’ experiences, cognitions, and behaviours when interacting on e-commerce and sharing economy platforms, as well as their interactions with innovative technologies such as artificial intelligence (AI), virtual reality (VR), and the metaverse. She incorporates interdisciplinary insights into her investigations. Dinara’s completed research has been published in peer-reviewed journals in Information System Management and Marketing and has been presented at international conferences in these fields.

Prof Savvas Papagiannidis is the David Goldman Professor of Innovation and Enterprise at Newcastle University Business School. His research interests revolve around electronic business and its various sub-domains.
More specifically, his research aims to inform our understanding of how e-business technologies affect the social and business environment, organisational strategies and business models, and how these are implemented in terms of functional innovations. His work puts strong emphasis on innovation, new value creation and exploitation of entrepreneurial opportunities, within the context of different industries.
Savvas has served as a track/SIG Chair for Ebusiness & Information Management, as a BAM Council Member and on the BAM Executive as the co-Vice Chair for SIGs. He also hosted the 2016 BAM Conference in Newcastle.
