Artificial Intelligence is rapidly reshaping the landscape of higher education. The integration of AI into business education and research demands a nuanced approach, considering varying pedagogical, ethical, and disciplinary implications. Despite these considerations, the overarching advantages of AI stand to significantly enhance productivity, streamline thought processes, provide a structural framework for thinking, Moreover, AI holds the potential to expedite complex data analytics, thereby freeing up valuable time for students, researchers, and educators from routine tasks. This, in turn, enables a sharper focus on cultivating critical thinking, fostering insight development, and nurturing strategic-level thought processes.
This symposium aims to delve into the myriad opportunities AI presents in the realm of business education and research. We seek insights, ideas, perspectives, inquiries and workshops that unveil innovative channels to effectively leverage AI in education and research. Concurrently, we are committed to exploring implications, potential challenges and opportunities as well as identifying mitigating strategies. Our ultimate objective is to elevate the intellectual and innovative development of our students, educators, and researchers.
Join us in this exploration of the transformative power of Generative AI, as we navigate the exciting intersection of technology, education and Research.
There are three tracks to this symposium: 1. Teaching, 2. Research and, 3. Ethics in Research and Teaching
