Are you planning to attend the BAM conference 2025 in Kent?

Not sure if your paper is suitable for the Performance Management track?

The Performance Management track welcomes submissions from different perspectives on the management of performance in organisations, at individual, firm and/or network levels. Performance is understood to be a multidisciplinary concept, i.e. not only financial but also non-financial performance, such as the triple bottom line in terms of sustainability-related performance.

Alternatively to a paper submission, you can also consider running a symposium for the track. This would be on a hot research topic which has the potential of capturing the interest of a wider audience.

Please join us on this online workshop to help you shape your ideas and provide feedback on your paper/symposium draft(s).

Submissions of drafts in advance of the workshop(s) are welcome, please send them to Dr Vinh Chau ([email protected]) and Prof. Luisa Huatuco ([email protected]) by 9:00 am on Friday 31st January 2025.
