Development Programme for Directors of Research (DPDoR) 2023/2024 - Registration now open!
The British Academy of Management is pleased to announce that the long-established Development Programme for Directors of Research (DPDoR) run in collaboration with the Chartered Association of Business Schools, is currently open for registration for 2023/2024 programme.
The Development Programme for Directors of Research (DPDoR) 2023-24 helps those who are preparing for the role of Director of Research to build leadership capacity; to better understand the complexities of the role; and the nuances of delivering a research strategy and mission in these highly uncertain times. With a reformed REF planned for 2028, it is critical that Directors and Associate Deans of Research in UK business schools have the knowledge, skills and networks needed to guide their institutions through a challenging assessment process. This well-established and well-regarded programme has been designed to nurture professional and leadership development. Over the course of 6 months, participants will attend four overnight sessions in which they will tackle a range of critical issues led by expert guest speakers.
