Are you experiencing peri-menopause or menopause and working a Higher Education Business and Management School? Your experiences are invaluable to research examining how peri-menopause and menopause influence career trajectories in such academic settings.
This research aims to understand the impact of menopause on women's career trajectories within Business and Management Schools. By participating, you'll contribute to a deeper understanding of this under-researched area, potentially informing future workplace policies and support systems.

Currently employed in Higher Education in a UK Business and Management School
Completing an initial online questionnaire (approximately 5-7 minutes)
Contribute further by taking part in an interview to provide more detailed insights.
