CMCE has used this framework to develop its own programme of research and seminars, and the report provides an update on progress.
These questions were first posed in 2021 by a panel which advised CMCE on its strategy and were dubbed the “Hilbert Questions” by Michael Mainelli, management consultant and Lord Mayor of London. We are delighted that Michael has provided a foreword to the report.
