This special issue is motivated to advance robust development of measurement instruments for HRM-specific constructs, enabling both academics and practitioners to assess, understand, and enhance HRM processes and practices. We invite researchers to submit papers that develop scales for novel constructs in HRM, using rigorous quantitative and/or qualitative methods, and that are applicable across various cultural and organizational contexts.
