BAM Fellow Professor Stewart Johnstone’s paper “Human resource management in recession: restructuring and alternatives to downsizing in times of crisis”, published in Human Resource Management Journal has been recognised as HRMJ Best Paper 2023, one of three articles to receive this distinction from all articles published in the journal in 2023.
